The Garner Hotel, Beijing 798 Art Zone, located at No. 5 Yard, Jiangtai Road in Beijing's Chaoyang District, marks IHG's inaugural Garner-branded property in Greater China, opened in April 2026. Spanning three floors with 106 guestrooms across approximately 5,500 square meters, the hotel is meticulously inserted into the industrial heritage fabric surrounding the 798 Art Zone — where the UCCA Center for Contemporary Art, Pace Gallery and a constellation of independent art spaces orbit the neighborhood. Embracing a "less is more" design discipline, the Garner Hotel executes a precision-led adaptive reuse of existing building stock: preserving the structural skeleton of the original property while embedding industrial-aesthetic details that resonate with the artistic DNA of 798, the hotel carves out a serene and refined urban retreat at the very heart of one of Beijing's most vibrant cultural quarters — an understated yet indelible architectural annotation to the capital's most avant-garde cultural landmark.
