Located in Zhongguancun Shunyi Industrial Park, Beijing, Phase II of Li Auto Shunyi Industrial Park was planned and designed by Shoucheng Holdings and completed and commissioned in 2024.
Featuring transparent glass curtain walls and aluminum panels on its facade, the project is built in line with green and low-carbon standards. Its buildings connect seamlessly with Phase I via overhead corridors alongside harmonized overall landscaping.
The campus accommodates R&D and office functions covering autonomous driving, intelligent cockpits, auto components and big data, optimizing Li Auto’s local R&D industrial chain layout in Beijing. It serves as a highly recognizable landmark of new energy vehicle innovation headquarters in the city.
